UPDATE: The BOMA deferred action on the West Side Annexation (Ordinance 13-006) at its April meeting. First Reading is now scheduled for May 14, 2013.
The Town of Thompson’s Station, Tennessee is pursuing the annexation of 50 parcels totaling approximately 502 acres located within the town's Urban Growth Boundary, north of Evergreen Road and along the west town limit. The resolution to initiate annexation was passed by the Board of Mayor and Alderman on March 12, 2013. Notices have been sent to all affected property owners, including property tax information.
