Wastewater Service Application

There is a $75.00 residential deposit to establish wastewater service with the Town of Thompson’s Station. The deposit will be applied to your first bill.

  8. WASTEWATER FEES ARE BILLED MONTHLY BASED OFF OF WATER USAGE. PAYMENTS ARE DUE TO THE 25TH OF EACH MONTH (STATEMENT RECEIVED OR NOT RECEIVED)

    The monthly fees are outlined as follows:

    • Base monthly fee $29.00
    • $8.10/1000 gallons of water used
    • No credit is given for swimming pool fills
    • No credit for irrigation systems (suggest a seperate water valve from HB&TS for this purpose)
  9. DEPOSIT OF $75.00 residential, $150.00 commercial.

    The deposit will be charged on the first billing and will be applied to the final bill upon notice of cancellation.  The Town reserves the right to require an additional deposit from any customer that may be delinquent in their payments more than twice in a period of 4 months.

  10. UNPAID BALANCES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A LATE FEE OF 10% OF THE BALANCE DUE. ANY UNPAID BALANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO WATER SHUT-OFF UNTIL PAID IN FULL.
  11. I HEREBY REQUEST CONNECTION AND BILLING OF WASTEWATER SERVICE AS NOTED IN THIS APPLICATION, TO BE FURNISHED AT THE STANDARD RATES AND UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TOWN OF THOMPSON’S STATION. I AGREE TO PAY ALL CHARGES FOR SERVICE RELATED TO THIS ACCOUNT.
  12. I UNDERSTAND THAT A $35.00 RETURNED ITEM FEE WILL BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT FOR ANY TRANSACTION REFUSED BY MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION.
