Nolensville's first town administrator is leaving his post for a new position across Williamson County.
Ken McLawhon will be Thompson's Station's new town administrator, a position that's been unfilled since last summer, when Joe Cosentini announced he was leaving that job. This week is his last with Nolensville.
A lot has changed since he first started as Nolensville's administrator in January 2015.
For one, the town has grown from about 7,800 to more than 11,000 during that time frame, McLawhon said.
"Commercially, we worked hard to try to build the tax base," McLawhon said. "Now, Nolensville Road is nothing like it used to be, and we're fortunate that it's been so positive." ...
