[ARCHIVED] Local Election for Two Alderman Seats this November

The 4-year terms for Alderman Brian Stover and Alderman Ben Dilks will be coming to an end this year which means Thompson’s Station will be holding an election in November.  Information on the upcoming election is listed below:

Voting Day: Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020

Candidate Qualifying Deadline: Thursday, August 20th, 2020 by 12:00 noon.

Voter Registration Deadline: Monday, October 5th, 2020

Early Voting Period: Wednesday, October 14th - Thursday, October 29th, 2020

Municipal Candidate Petitions May be Issued: Monday, June 22nd, 2020

Register to Vote

Citizens wishing to register to vote may do so online through the State of Tennessee at: https://ovr.govote.tn.gov/   Paper Election Registration Forms are also available at Thompson’s Station Town Hall (1550 Thompson’s Station Rd West) to fill out and send in.

Running for Office:

Residents considering running for one of the seats will need to reference the materials below as several items are required to qualify you to run.  All materials will need to be turned in to the Williamson County Election Commission by August 20th at noon.
