Critz Lane Impr - 12-13-21 Pre-Const Schedule_Page_1

The Critz Lane Redesign Project will begin with Stage 1 road closures starting on Feb. 15th with road closed signage going up one week before on Feb. 8th. This closes a 1/4 mile section of Critz Ln East of Clayton Arnold Rd to the western edge of Bridgemore Village for roughly 3-4 months with Stage 2 starting around May.  Stage 2 will close the intersection of Clayton Arnold Rd and Critz Ln and will detour traffic through the new Avenue Downs subdivision.  The contracted company, Rogers Group, has 500 days from the start of construction to complete the project.

Check out the Phase 1 & 2 Traffic Detour Maps and Construction schedules as well as videos of traffic mitigation discussions with BOMA and Town Engineers on the Critz Lane Redesign Page: https://www.thompsons-station.com/2344/Critz-Lane-Redesign
