This form is for the purpose of requesting an Event Permit. A permit is required if there are more than 35 attendees to an event. Applications must be received 60 days prior to your event date. Applicants for events that require Parks Board approval are required to appear in person at the Parks Board Meeting.
The Town reserves the right to refuse a permit application that does not meet the basic requirements to hold an event within Town limits.

A Certificate of Insurance with the Town listed as the certificate holder is required for Event Permits with over 51 attendees.
