  2. This form is for the purpose of requesting an Event Permit. A permit is required if there are more than 35 attendees to an event. Applications must be received 60 days prior to your event date. Applicants for events that require Parks Board approval are required to appear in person at the Parks Board Meeting.

    The Town reserves the right to refuse a permit application that does not meet the basic requirements to hold an event within Town limits.

  8. APPLICANT AGREEMENT*
    1. I agree to abide by all ordinances and regulations of the Town of Thompson's Station and all conditions placed upon the event by the Town.
    2. I do swear or affirm that all of the information given in this application is true and complete.
    3. I agree to provide a copy of this signed Event Application to any related parties associated with the event to ensure they are familiar with the guidelines set forth herein.
    4. I understand that I assume the responsibility of the actions of any related parties for this event.
    5. I understand that granting of an Event Permit does not imply the granting of any other permit that is separately required.
